Position Description
Status: Full Time Temporary (through November 6th)
Pay: $30,000 / year plus benefits
Reports To: Field Director
Based in: Milwaukee, WI
The Field Operations Manager will work directly with the Field Director and Program Director to ensure the smooth operations of BLOC’s field program by providing in office logistical support.
Responsibilities
Utilize the Voter Activation Network (VAN) to cut turf
Prepare Ambassadors and their teams with required lit, tablets, and turf
Calculate and monitor field data numbers per canvasser & organization wide
Provide quality control of field data by calling voters and reviewing individual canvasser records
Provide regular quality control monitoring reports to the Field Director
Maintain a database of all field contacts
Provide support with Federal & State Reporting
Support with research and data analysis
Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a field program with extensive use of the Voter Activation Network (VAN)
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive & other computer software
Strong attention to detail
Able to analyze and calculate numerical information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proven ability to work with a team of diverse people
Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
